Training and consultancy
Our applied and practical research underpins our participatory and practical training and consultancy services. Our trainers all have experience of working with large and small NGOs and CBOs internationally. Training is designed to suit individual organisations and can be delivered anywhere in the world. 

Training includes: Financial management for NGO non-financial managers, Training of financial trainers,
Building NGO financial management capacity, Communicating financial management between finance and non-finance people

Consultancy services include: Financial management and programme management reviews and evaluations, governance reviews, building organisational financial capacity, 'fit for funding' reviews, coaching and mentoring
